The short version

extra.pics exists to make additional product photography easier for small brands: start with a public product link or one uploaded photo and get three AI-generated scenes to review.

The gap between a good product and a full gallery

A shop owner’s day is already full. There are products to source or make, orders to pack, descriptions to write, and customers to answer. Somewhere on that list sits “take better photos.” It is easy for that task to stay there.

Not because the product lacks a story. Because telling that story visually takes preparation: a setting, props, lighting, and a new set of decisions. When all you have is one usable product photo, the cost is more than an empty gallery slot. Customers get fewer ways to picture the product in their own lives.

extra.pics was built around that everyday problem. A product worth making should be easier to show from more than one perspective.

A smaller starting point. A little more possibility.

The starting point is deliberately small: paste a public product-page URL, or upload one product photo. For a product link, extra.pics looks for the product’s details and existing reference photos. For an upload, the image becomes the starting reference. You do not need to write a creative brief or choose a collection of props.

The workflow creates one polished AI-generated studio hero and two distinct real-life use photographs. A close study of the first original photo guides product identity, physical construction, composition, and scene choices.

That distinction matters. The goal is to give the same product more context, rather than turn it into a different product. You should still check the results against the item you actually sell before using them.

Built for the people doing a bit of everything

An independent retailer may want a more expressive gallery for a new listing. A maker may want to explore a setting for something they have just finished. A small marketing team may need a fresh starting image for a social post. These are different jobs with the same friction: getting additional visual options from the product material already at hand.

extra.pics reduces the setup between “we need another image” and “here are some options.” It gives you something concrete to review, compare, and build on. It does not promise a particular conversion rate or replace every kind of photography. Exact dimensions, material details, and specialist product requirements may still call for original photographs.

Less setup, more room to explore

The current free experience requires no account or payment card. Its downloadable previews carry an extra.pics watermark, and results are kept for 24 hours after the session finishes. Save the previews you want to keep while they are available.

Our reason for existing is simple: help people with good products find a little more room to show them. One link. A few new perspectives. A product story that has somewhere to go.

A little extra. A lot more possibility.
